• Part-time consult—maximum of 2 hours per week
• Virtual position; provide services remotely
• Caseload: 2-3 students
• Support students at the high school and elementary level

Qualifications:

• Valid credentials in Adaptive Physical Education or qualifying state certification
• Experience working with students who have diverse abilities and physical needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a virtual setting
• Ability to create engaging, individualized adaptive PE programs for small caseloads
• Technological proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted, adaptive physical education services through consultative, virtual sessions
• Assess student needs and develop individualized programs to foster motor skills, fitness, and participation
• Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to support students’ IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided and student progress
• Provide guidance and coaching to on-site staff as needed, ensuring effective implementation
