Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Audiologist
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and reporting abilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and audiological assessments for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Recommend, fit, and monitor hearing aids, assistive devices, and FM/DM systems as needed
• Provide ongoing consultation and training for staff, families, and students to maximize hearing access in educational settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as necessary
