Educational Audiologist Job – Minnesota

Soliant Health is actively seeking a qualified Educational Audiologist for a school-based contract opportunity in Minnesota. This position provides services across multiple districts and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students with hearing and communication needs.

Position Details

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
• Assignment Dates: September 1 – October 14
• Serving 13 school districts
• Student caseload of approximately 113 students
• Interviewing and hiring for contract candidates immediately
• Itinerant school-based role across multiple educational sites

Responsibilities

• Provide educational audiology services across multiple school districts
• Conduct hearing screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations
• Support development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, special education staff, and families regarding student hearing needs
• Recommend and support assistive listening devices and classroom accommodations
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student access to instruction
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Master’s Degree in Audiology or related field
• Active Minnesota Audiologist license or eligibility
• Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong communication and consultation skills

Preferred:

• Experience in educational audiology
• Familiarity with assistive listening technology and FM/DM systems
• Background working with special education teams and IEP processes
• Ability to manage itinerant caseload across multiple districts
