A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Audiologist to support students in the Riverside area through an itinerant role. This position offers 37.5 hours per week, structured as 8-hour days with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year (second week of June).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive audiological assessments and services to students across multiple school locations.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans that support hearing-impaired students.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school district policies and state regulations.
  • Support hearing aid and assistive listening device fitting, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff and families as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as an Audiologist.
  • Demonstrated experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations.
  • Ability to travel within the Riverside area daily to serve multiple schools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and educational teams.
  • Knowledge of current audiological assessment tools and assistive technologies.
  • Commitment to student success and professional collaboration.

Location: This role serves various school sites throughout the Riverside region, requiring reliable transportation.
