Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Audiologist
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of hearing assessment tools and best practices
• Skilled in administering hearing tests and evaluating results
• Detail-oriented with excellent report-writing abilities
• Comfortable with technology, including remote meeting platforms for IEP participation

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing tests for students, ensuring timely and accurate results
• Prepare detailed written reports summarizing findings and recommendations
• Actively participate in virtual IEP meetings, providing expertise and guidance on student audiology needs
• Oversee and support one Auditory-Oral class, ensuring students have access to and are properly using RMT hearing equipment
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to promote student success
• Travel within the assigned area as needed to deliver services across multiple school sites
