Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligible)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of audiological evaluation tools, hearing aids, and assistive listening technology
• Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations for students as needed
• Recommend and manage hearing aids, FM systems, and other assistive devices
• Provide direct and consultative audiology services to students in accordance with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support individualized educational planning
• Deliver staff training on hearing loss awareness, assistive technology, and classroom acoustics
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state reporting standards
