Step into a rewarding contract role as a School Audiologist, where you’ll make a meaningful impact across multiple campuses within the Riverside area. This full-time, itinerant position offers 37.5 hours per week, structured into 8-hour workdays with a 30-minute lunch break. Begin immediately and provide vital support to students and staff through the end of the academic year in mid-June.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure and/or certification as a school audiologist
  • Proven experience delivering audiological assessments and interventions in educational settings preferred
  • Skilled in collaborating with teachers, support staff, students, and families
  • Strong organizational abilities to navigate multiple school sites effectively
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities in this Role:

  • Conduct hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and auditory processing assessments for students at various campuses
  • Interpret results, generate reports, and consult with education teams regarding student needs
  • Recommend, fit, and monitor assistive listening devices and FM systems
  • Develop and implement individualized educational plans to support students with hearing difficulties
  • Confer with parents, teachers, and other specialists to share results and guide strategies
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families to promote student accessibility
