You’ll enjoy a flexible 3 to 4 day a week schedule, working within a collaborative and supportive school environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate—required
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience conducting hearing screenings, evaluations, and fitting/FM systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, students, and families
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly desired
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in dynamic learning settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive audiological assessments for students
  • Interpret assessment results and develop individualized recommendations
  • Administer and program hearing aids and assistive listening devices
  • Consult with teachers and staff on classroom modifications and accommodations
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
  • Complete documentation and maintain thorough student records
  • Engage families in understanding hearing challenges and solutions
  • Offer in-services and training for staff as needed
