Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Audiologist supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This part-time position (0.5 to 0.7 FTE) is set to begin on August 26, and offers meaningful work in an inclusive, student-centered environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure in Audiology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-A) preferred
  • Prior experience working with children or youth (K-12), ideally in a school-based setting
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and dedicated to enhancing student outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for students across K-12 grades
  • Interpret audiological findings and provide recommendations for educational accommodations or interventions
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students with identified hearing needs
  • Fit, program, and monitor hearing aids, FM systems, and assistive listening devices as needed
  • Develop individualized service plans that support each student’s ability to access the school curriculum
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational planning
