Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an Audiologist
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of auditory testing, hearing aid fitting, and diagnosis
  • Ability to travel to multiple school sites as needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive audiological assessments and screenings for K-12 students
  • Interpret test results and provide recommendations for accommodations or interventions
  • Fit and manage hearing aids, FM systems, and assistive listening devices
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to address students’ auditory challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized plans and goals for students as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as needed
  • Support ongoing hearing conservation efforts and educational programs
