Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure/certification as an Audiologist
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of current best practices in hearing assessments and management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with educators, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations for students as referred
• Interpret assessment results and develop individualized hearing plans
• Recommend, fit, and troubleshoot assistive listening devices and hearing aids as appropriate
• Consult with teachers and staff on accommodations and classroom modifications
• Provide training and support to school personnel regarding hearing loss and auditory needs
• Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation in compliance with requirements
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute as a member of multidisciplinary teams
