Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure/certification as an Audiologist
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload
  • Aptitude for conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and recommending assistive listening technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and screenings for students
  • Interpret audiometric data and provide written and verbal feedback to parents, educators, and other professionals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) related to audiological services
  • Consult with teachers and school staff on classroom accommodations and auditory management
  • Fit and manage hearing aids, FM systems, and other assistive devices
  • Maintain detailed, compliant documentation
  • Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
