Full-time hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch allow you to maintain work-life balance while contributing your valuable expertise across a diverse school community.

Desired background and qualifications:

  • Licensed Audiologist with experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong skills in administering hearing screenings and audiological evaluations
  • Proficient in writing clear, comprehensive reports
  • Comfortable attending and contributing to virtual IEP meetings
  • Familiarity with supporting auditory-oral classrooms and maintaining RMT equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Flexibility to travel within assigned caseload locations

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting hearing tests for students using evidence-based practices
  • Preparing detailed audiological reports and sharing findings with IEP teams
  • Participating in virtual IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff
  • Overseeing auditory-oral classroom requirements, ensuring all students have functioning RMT (remote microphone technology) equipment
  • Traveling between schools within the Menifee, Murrieta, and Lake Elsinore areas as needed
  • Providing support and recommendations for students’ auditory needs
