Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Audiologist
• Experience in educational or pediatric audiology settings preferred
• Familiarity with hearing screenings, assessments, and assistive listening devices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when working with children, staff, and families
• Ability to travel between school sites as part of an itinerant assignment
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hearing screenings and comprehensive auditory assessments for students
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and technology, such as FM systems or hearing aids
• Maintain detailed records of assessments, services provided, and student progress
• Educate staff, students, and families about hearing health and prevention
• Travel between multiple school sites in the Murrietta area to serve students as needed
