Job Title: School-Based Audiologist 

Job Details: 

• Location: Redford, MI
• Dates: Leave Position 
• Position Type: Full-time or Part-time 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations for students.
• Perform hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments.
• Recommend and monitor hearing assistive technology (FM systems, hearing aids, etc.).
• Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, special education staff, and families to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations related to hearing and communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide consultation, education, and resources to staff and families regarding hearing loss and hearing conservation.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Audiology.
• Current state Audiologist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
