This full-time position offers an opportunity to serve as an itinerant Audiologist within a school setting in Murrietta, CA. The role entails providing comprehensive audiological services to students, supporting their hearing health and helping to enhance their educational experience. This contract position runs from an immediate start through the end of the school year (mid-June).

Responsibilities include conducting hearing assessments, fitting and maintaining hearing aids, collaborating with educators and families to develop individualized hearing support plans, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and protocols. The Audiologist will travel to assigned schools within the district to deliver services, requiring effective time management and communication skills.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Valid Audiologist certification/license
  • Experience working in educational settings preferred
  • Strong ability to conduct audiological evaluations and interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to manage itinerant caseload efficiently and independently

This position is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with 8-hour workdays and a 30-minute lunch break. The itinerant nature of the role requires traveling within the Murrietta area to multiple school sites.
