Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Audiology required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in school settings (or equivalent)
• ASHA certification (or waiver obtained)
• State licensure to practice and fit/repair hearing aids
• Successful completion of licensing exams
• Fingerprinting/background check clearance

Role Overview:

• Provide audiological evaluations and services mainly at Mission Academy, with scheduled troubleshooting visits at campuses throughout the district
• Serve approximately 50 students across multiple schools, supporting a subset each week
• Collaborate closely with itinerant teachers and dedicated staff to ensure comprehensive care
• Travel to Highland High School or other district locations as needed; majority of students will be bussed into primary locations for services
• Document all services and comply with confidentiality and reporting standards
• Coordinate schedules and services together with district support staff
