This position offers guaranteed weekly hours, and you’ll be serving students across a variety of grade levels, making a difference in their academic journey and overall well-being.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Valid state Audiologist license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Prior experience in educational or pediatric audiology strongly preferred
  • Proficient in hearing screenings, evaluations, and fitting/maintaining amplification devices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering student success and positive school relationships

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and screenings for students
  • Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids, FM/DM systems, and other assistive devices
  • Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Provide ongoing support, education, and training to school staff regarding hearing loss and hearing technology
  • Maintain comprehensive records and reports in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Advise on classroom acoustics and modifications to support students’ accessibility needs
