Step into a valuable role supporting students by serving as an itinerant Board Certified Behavior Analyst throughout a vibrant elementary school district for the full 2026-27 academic year. In this vital position, you'll be embedded with school teams, offering behavioral expertise across various campuses for a standard school day schedule (37.5–40 hours per week). Compensation is competitive, with hourly pay ranging from $55 to $65, commensurate with your experience.
As a key resource in the district, your day-to-day will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating closely with dedicated educators, support staff, and fellow BCBAs. Your guidance will make a meaningful difference, supporting students with a range of behavioral needs and providing practical strategies to empower classrooms.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Current, valid BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based BCBA experience
- Proficiency in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Dependable transportation for travel within the district
