Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations
- Strong skills in behavioral assessment, functional analysis, and individualized intervention planning
- Comfortable conducting in-person sessions and observations
- Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement and monitor interventions
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students referred for services
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans in a school environment
- Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Provide staff and parent training on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Meet regularly with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and collaborate on student support plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district policies
