Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Professional experience supporting children and adolescents, preferably in K-12 educational environments
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention plans, assessment, and data-driven decision making
• Collaborative mindset, adept at teaming with teachers, school staff, and families
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based behavioral practice

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to inform strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide guidance and professional development to school staff on behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and overall student progress
• Track, document, and communicate progress with stakeholders in a timely manner
• Lead or participate in problem-solving meetings to address behavioral challenges
• Support a positive, inclusive educational climate for all students
