Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations
• Strong skills in behavioral assessment, functional analysis, and individualized intervention planning
• Comfortable conducting in-person sessions and observations
• Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement and monitor interventions
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students referred for services
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans in a school environment
• Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide staff and parent training on behavioral strategies and best practices
• Meet regularly with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and collaborate on student support plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district policies
