Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Alameda, CA

In this vital role, you’ll work 37.5 hours weekly, providing expert behavioral support and guidance to both students and school staff.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Background supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong skills in observation, data collection, and analysis
• Excellent communication abilities and team collaboration mindset
• Prior experience in a school environment is preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs to identify behavioral needs and inform intervention development
• Design and implement effective BIPs tailored to individual student needs
• Observe students across learning environments to monitor progress and refine strategies
• Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs, ensuring high-quality intervention delivery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, including teachers and support staff, to foster positive student outcomes
