Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Strong experience designing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Proven ability to provide insightful classroom and individual student observations
• Experience supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnership with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility and initiative to address dynamic student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive FBAs to assess student behavior and guide intervention planning
• Develop, monitor, and adjust BIPs for students, ensuring effective strategies are in place
• Observe students within classroom settings to gather data and inform ongoing supports
• Supervise and support RBTs, providing feedback and ensuring fidelity of implementation
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive, positive school climate
• Document progress, write professional reports, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as needed
