This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to serve students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, making a meaningful difference across a diverse range of ages and needs. With a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you'll work closely with educators and support staff to foster positive outcomes for students near the Albany, OR area.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
  • Valid state licensure as applicable
  • Exceptional communication, consultation, and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity supporting students of all ages, including elementary, middle, and high school populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand student needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
  • Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and entire school teams
  • Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and district policies
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, actively participating in meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary approaches
