This fulfilling contract role offers full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), working as part of a collaborative educational community near Albany, OR. You’ll play a key role in helping students thrive in elementary, middle, and high school environments.

Essential Requirements:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Current state licensure required
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Comfortable working in both elementary and high school environments
  • Adept at building positive relationships with students, school personnel, and families
  • Clear, professional communication and a collaborative spirit

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student needs
  • Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer consultative guidance and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related school teams
  • Monitor student progress, conduct data analysis, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, contribute to goal development, and participate in meetings as required
  • Adapt approaches in response to varying student caseloads and district needs
