Middle School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Albany, Oregon

This full-time position offers an opportunity to apply your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school-based setting located in Albany, OR. The role supports diverse student populations across middle school, high school, and elementary school environments, with caseloads that vary according to district needs.

Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs, developing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams. You will also be responsible for progress monitoring through data analysis and thorough documentation, as well as collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participating in meetings as required.

Qualifications and experience:

• Active BCBA certification
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
