Licensed Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Albany, OR

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• State licensure, if applicable
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations (preferred)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer coaching, training, and ongoing consultation to school staff and teams
• Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and regular documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with school psychologists, special educators, and family members
