Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and school teams in the Albuquerque, NM area. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally in a school-based setting.

Full-time availability is preferred, but qualified part-time BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation services for students.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) as appropriate.

• Collect and analyze behavioral data and use findings to guide interventions.

• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.

• Provide staff consultation, training, and behavioral support.

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and professional requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Experience working with children.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary school team.

• Ability and qualifications to supervise RBTs
