Make an impact by supporting student success in K-12 settings as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis for the upcoming school year, August 6th through May 27th. This engaging opportunity offers a flexible schedule—work 2-3 days per week with the potential for full-time hours if desired—all while focusing primarily on elementary-aged students.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Previous work with K-12 populations preferred, especially at the elementary level
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to dynamic school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs tailored to individual student needs
- Oversee the implementation of behavioral services for students
- Provide direct support and coaching for school staff on behavior management techniques
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster positive student outcomes
