Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Alexander City, AL

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Previous work with K-12 populations preferred, especially at the elementary level

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs tailored to individual student needs
• Oversee the implementation of behavioral services for students
• Provide direct support and coaching for school staff on behavior management techniques
