Part-time BCBA - School Setting - Needed for RBT Supervision

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School Setting
Contracted W2 Position | August 2026 – May 2027

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to support a school-based program for the 2026–2027 school year. This role focuses on supervising 3 RBTs and helping develop and implement a “Learning to Learn” program for students.

Schedule:
Flexible Tuesday–Friday schedule (approximately 15 hours per month) 
Always off Mondays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and support to 3 RBTs
Assist with development and implementation of a “Learning to Learn” program
Collaborate with school staff and families as needed
Support student progress through data-driven strategies

Requirements:

Active BCBA certification
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills
