Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Alexandria, VA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Credentials as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Proven experience in school-based settings, especially with young children
• Comfort and skill working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD preferred
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with staff and families
• Compassion and patience in supporting students with varying behavioral challenges

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one direct support to 1st-grade students in a school environment
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect data and report on students’ progress
