What we’re seeking:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience working with children, with preference for those who have supported students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD
  • Deep understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data collection
  • Skill in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision or independently as appropriate
  • A patient, compassionate, and dedicated professional demeanor
  • Strong communication skills for working closely with students, staff, and families
  • Reliability and commitment to a full 40-hour workweek

Core responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one behavioral support and skill-building interventions to 1st-grade students
  • Utilize ABA principles to address a wide range of behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to create a supportive learning environment
  • Adapt strategies to meet individual student needs, fostering both academic and personal growth
  • Document observations and progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Maintain a safe and positive classroom atmosphere
