What we’re seeking:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience working with children, with preference for those who have supported students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or ADHD
- Deep understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions and data collection
- Skill in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision or independently as appropriate
- A patient, compassionate, and dedicated professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills for working closely with students, staff, and families
- Reliability and commitment to a full 40-hour workweek
Core responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one behavioral support and skill-building interventions to 1st-grade students
