Seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) or Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) eager to make a difference in elementary education settings. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work across multiple elementary sites, supporting students with diverse needs. Three onsite professionals are needed for this role, collaborating closely with school administrators and team leads to provide outstanding behavioral support services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Pennsylvania BCBA or LBS certification required
  • Experience in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-age students, preferred
  • Strong adaptability, comfortable working with weekly schedules that may shift between different school buildings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to plan and implement evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral assessments, consult with educators, and develop intervention strategies
  • Travel between assigned elementary schools as needed, offering in-person support
  • Collaborate with administration and colleagues to define optimal caseload and scheduling
  • Maintain detailed documentation and monitor student progress
  • Participate in team meetings, including an initial interview and a subsequent team lead meet & greet

This role is full-time, working 35 hours weekly from August 24, 2026, to June 10, 2027, with daily hours from 8:15am to 3:45pm. The administration will coordinate directly with selected applicants during the interview process to tailor caseloads based on preferences and expertise, ensuring a rewarding and supportive professional experience.
