Desired Skills & Experience:

• Certified as a BCBA in good standing
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within school schedules and address backlogged referrals efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized plans for students
• Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support
• Provide training and consultation to school personnel and families on behavioral strategies
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain meticulous records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Stay current with best practices in behavior analysis and education
