Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers in implementing behavioral supports
• Lead staff training focused on positive behavior support techniques and data collection procedures
• Monitor student progress, update intervention plans as needed, and maintain thorough records
• Provide support and coaching to families for consistency across home and school environments
• Participate in IEP meetings to share behavioral insights and recommendations
