A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within a school setting, serving students across various grade levels from K-12. This role involves providing specialized behavioral support and intervention strategies to enhance student learning and development. Located in Allentown, PA, the position follows typical school hours and operates on a five-day workweek contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement evidence-based practices.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to meet individual needs.
  • Provide training and support to school staff regarding behavior management techniques and data collection.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working in educational settings with children across multiple grade levels, particularly K-12.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and provide solutions tailored to each learner’s needs.
