Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience implementing behavior intervention plans in school or pediatric settings
  • Strong understanding of FBA/BIP processes and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards in behavior analysis practice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff in behavior management strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to ensure cohesive support
  • Provide crisis intervention support as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
