School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Pennsylvania (PA)

Job type: Full-time
Hourly Pay: $50+/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students with diverse needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement evidence-based interventions
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis
Train and support school staff in behavior management strategies and best practices
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations

Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
