Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses for students across the assigned caseload
  • Design and update individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support implementation strategies
  • Provide direct support, coaching, and ongoing training to paraprofessionals and teaching staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data
  • Participate in team meetings (including IEP meetings as needed) via onsite presence and periodic virtual conferences
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines
