Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Alma, Arkansas

Make a meaningful impact by providing essential behavioral support in a vibrant school setting. As an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll work closely with educators and students, helping create effective behavioral intervention plans and supporting the unique needs of students throughout the school year, from August through late May.

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, applying your expertise to assess student needs, develop and monitor individualized programs, and empower staff through ongoing consultation and training. Flexible weekly hours can be tailored to best fit your schedule and professional preferences. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom for a smooth and efficient process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure is required
• Demonstrated experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with current best practices in positive behavioral supports

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Work directly with students and consult with teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor progress, report on outcomes, and adjust plans as necessary for optimal student growth
• Provide professional development and support to school staff on behavioral management strategies
• Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards
