What You Bring:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant licensure
• Proven experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents
• Ability to assess behavioral needs, design interventions, and oversee behavioral support plans

• Adaptability and organizational talent to manage variable caseload-related hours
• Comfort conducting duties fully onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators, counselors, and administrators
• Provide ongoing training and consultation to school personnel and families
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments
• Attend meetings, contribute to IEP development, and participate in intervention reviews
• Maintain all professional and ethical standards in practice
