This is an onsite, contract opportunity reserved for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst passionate about providing critical behavioral support within a supportive educational setting. As the dedicated BCBA for this district, you’ll serve a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students, collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement behavior intervention plans. Your focus will be on fostering positive student growth and developmental progress in a welcoming school community.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA certification in good standing
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively with Pre-K through high school populations
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and consultation abilities
  • Willingness to work strictly onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support implementation of interventions
  • Provide ongoing coaching, data analysis, and progress monitoring
  • Work directly with students to foster skill acquisition and behavioral success
  • Attend IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
