As the dedicated BCBA for this district, you’ll serve a diverse caseload of approximately 50-60 students, collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement behavior intervention plans. Your focus will be on fostering positive student growth and developmental progress in a welcoming school community.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification in good standing
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively with Pre-K through high school populations
- Strong analytical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and consultation abilities
- Willingness to work strictly onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support implementation of interventions
- Provide ongoing coaching, data analysis, and progress monitoring
- Work directly with students to foster skill acquisition and behavioral success
- Attend IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
