Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Valid state licensure required
• Experience working in schools with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Ability to create and implement behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families
• Commitment to culturally responsive practice and meeting individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop student-centered intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel on IEP teams
• Collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior
• Provide training and ongoing consultation to staff and families
• Support students across a variety of settings, adapting interventions as needed
• Maintain organized documentation in accordance with state and district procedures
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute behavioral expertise
