Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid state licensure required
- Experience working in schools with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Ability to create and implement behavior intervention plans (BIP)
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families
- Commitment to culturally responsive practice and meeting individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop student-centered intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel on IEP teams
- Collect and analyze data on student progress and behavior
- Provide training and ongoing consultation to staff and families
- Support students across a variety of settings, adapting interventions as needed
- Maintain organized documentation in accordance with state and district procedures
- Attend relevant meetings and contribute behavioral expertise
