Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Active state licensure as a Behavior Analyst
• Experience working in school settings, including elementary, middle, or high school

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Train and support teachers, staff, and families on behavioral strategies and data collection methods
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students with behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs
• Attend IEP meetings, document behavioral data, and maintain compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
• Serve as a resource on behavioral issues and intervention strategies for school personnel
