A contract-to-hire opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school setting in Amherst, MA. This role involves applying behavior analysis principles to design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students, collaborating with educators and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Implement behavior strategies to support students’ educational and social development.
- Provide training and consultation to school staff and families on behavior management techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support for students.
