This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is tailored for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who thrives in a school environment, and is ready to collaborate across five campuses to enrich the educational experience in the LINKS Autism Program for the entire 2026-2027 academic year.

Desired Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification/license is required
- Previous work in school settings, ideally with middle school populations
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated success applying evidence-based autism interventions
- Proficient in data collection and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior analytic services to middle school students within the LINKS Autism Program
- Partner with educators to develop and support individualized student strategies
- Establish and maintain robust systems for tracking student progress and data
- Participate in consultations and team meetings to collaboratively plan and review interventions
- Ensure all compliance requirements, including background checks and timely attendance, are met
Requirements:
- Pass drug screening and background/fingerprinting checks
