Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Skill in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans
• Confident in conducting functional behavior assessments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage middle school or high school caseloads independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for students
• Conduct regular assessments and use data-driven decision-making for plan adjustments
• Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff
• Facilitate staff training and workshops on behavioral strategies as needed
• Engage with families to share progress and strategies for behavior support
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and district policies
