Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within middle and/or high school populations
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and functional behavior assessments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, partnering effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans tailored to student needs
  • Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting behavioral assessments for students referred for intervention
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring data-driven behavior support plans
  • Training and supporting school personnel and families in the implementation of behavioral interventions
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to foster positive educational environments
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing well-documented recommendations for behavioral supports
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of interventions, progress, and outcomes
