Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong skills in conducting behavioral assessments and functional analyses
  • Ability to write, implement, and monitor effective IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
  • Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel between multiple school sites as needed

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavioral assessments and interventions for a diverse student population (K-12th grades)
  • Create, maintain, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Train and support teaching staff in the implementation of intervention strategies
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for student behavioral supports
  • Engage with families, teachers, and administrators to ensure wraparound success for students
  • Adapt to the needs of multiple school sites, ensuring consistent high-quality services
