Exciting new opportunities are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) seeking a dynamic, full-time position working with K-12 students! Candidates will play an impactful role in shaping student behavior support programs across multiple school sites. This contract position requires flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for student success in educational settings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Proficiency with conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Familiarity with writing, reviewing, and presenting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Comfort working with a diverse student population, ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional assessments and collect relevant behavioral data for assigned students
  • Write detailed IEP goals and objectives in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide direct support, consultation, and training to staff and families
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing interventions
  • Support positive behavioral outcomes by modeling strategies across different classrooms and age groups
  • Attend and participate in relevant meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
