Exciting new opportunities are available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) seeking a dynamic, full-time position working with K-12 students! Candidates will play an impactful role in shaping student behavior support programs across multiple school sites. This contract position requires flexibility, collaboration, and a passion for student success in educational settings.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Proficiency with conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Strong skills in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Familiarity with writing, reviewing, and presenting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Comfort working with a diverse student population, ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
- Excellent communication, documentation, and time management abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments and collect relevant behavioral data for assigned students
- Write detailed IEP goals and objectives in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct support, consultation, and training to staff and families
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing interventions
- Support positive behavioral outcomes by modeling strategies across different classrooms and age groups
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings, reviews, and planning sessions
