What you’ll need:

• Current certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBA
• Prior experience delivering services in a school setting, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong capability in developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and crafting individualized Behavior Intervention Plans
• Excellent communication skills to consult with teachers, school staff, and families
• Ability to maintain a positive, flexible attitude while supporting diverse student needs
• Part-time schedule availability

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments of students
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring effective Behavior Intervention Plans
• Consulting with and training school staff and paraprofessionals to ensure behavioral interventions are consistent and effective
• Collaborating with school leadership to integrate best practices in behavior management
• Engaging in problem-solving and providing data-driven recommendations to support student success
• Regularly reviewing progress, making plan adjustments as needed, and maintaining detailed documentation
