Key qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification

- Experience working in school environments or with school-aged children strongly preferred

- Competence in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing students' behavioral and developmental needs within the educational environment
- Developing, implementing, and supervising behavior intervention plans
- Providing consultation, training, and ongoing support to educators and families
- Collecting and interpreting data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant ethical guidelines and school policies
