As a BCBA in this role, you’ll assess behavioral needs, design and implement intervention plans, and equip staff and families with effective strategies.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active and current state licensure
• Experience in school-based settings spanning elementary, middle, and/or high school
• Proven record developing and monitoring individualized behavioral plans
• Strong communication and recordkeeping abilities
• Skilled at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective strategies
• Provide training and consultation for school personnel and families
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student planning sessions as needed
• Remain current with best practices and regulatory requirements in the field
