Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification and active state licensure required
  • Experience working in K-12 school environments highly preferred
  • Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to provide training and consultation to educational staff and families
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to serve elementary, middle, and high school populations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct support and consultation for teachers, support staff, and administrators
  • Monitor and analyze data to ensure ongoing student progress
  • Lead professional development sessions for school teams on behavioral strategies
  • Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer guidance to families regarding behavioral interventions and student support
  • Maintain thorough documentation in line with school policies and regulatory requirements
