Middle School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Anderson, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid state licensure, where applicable
• Experience within school-based or pediatric environments preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Flexibility to support students across multiple grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to understand student needs
• Develop and oversee implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Consult and provide ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and educational teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and ensure detailed documentation
• Participate as an integral member of IEP teams, contributing insights during meetings
