Middle School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Anderson, SC

Bring your expertise in behavioral analysis to a dynamic school-based setting supporting students from elementary through high school levels. This full-time contract opportunity involves serving diverse students and collaborating closely with educators and school support teams. With a flexible caseload driven by district needs, you’ll play a vital role in fostering positive outcomes for students across multiple grade levels.

What You’ll Contribute:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide expert consultation and ongoing coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams
• Collect, analyze, and document data for progress monitoring and program effectively
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educational staff to optimize student support

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed and credentialed with experience at the elementary, middle, or high school level
• Professional background in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Strong organizational skills for documentation and effective caseload management
