Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Previous experience working in schools or educational settings is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with educators, families, and students.
- Excellent assessment, data-analysis, and intervention-planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students.
- Train and mentor school staff on the implementation of behavior support strategies.
- Monitor student progress using data-driven methods and adjust plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure interventions are effective and aligned with educational goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.
