Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Strong background in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans
• Experience in a school setting preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in behavioral support
• Ability to work on-site, as remote options are not available for this role

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create detailed behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and training to school staff and families
• Collect and analyze data to inform and adjust interventions
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Attend meetings and communicate progress effectively with school personnel and caregivers
• Comply with all relevant ethical and professional standards
