Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • Experience supporting students in elementary, middle, or high school settings
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities
  • Adept at conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and designing positive behavior intervention plans
  • Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Work closely with students, teachers, and families to implement strategies and support student growth
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance for staff in behavioral techniques and interventions
  • Track student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Consult with educational teams to support compliance with best practices and applicable regulations
