Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Proven experience working with students in varied grade levels, particularly 1st-3rd and 10th-12th grade
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Organized, adaptable, and confident working in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments across multiple grade levels
