Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience with a broad range of student developmental levels, especially in grades 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, and 12
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring in a school setting
  • Commitment to ethical practices and the highest standards of student care

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and observe students across multiple grade levels
  • Design targeted intervention strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Train, mentor, and provide ongoing support to classroom staff and teachers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective educational plans
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Facilitate professional development and workshops on behavior strategies for school personnel
  • Act as a resource and advocate for best practices in behavioral support
