Your proficiency in data-driven behavior analysis will allow you to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based interventions that foster student growth and successful learning experiences. You’ll collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure individualized plans are effective and responsive to each student’s unique needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current BCBA certification
- Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and educational best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ethical and compassionate service
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative support to students, staff, and families
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Facilitate staff training in behavior support strategies and positive behavior intervention
- Collaborate to help develop IEP goals and participate in related meetings
- Foster a positive, supportive environment conducive to learning
