Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a BCBA
• Experience working with K-12 student populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• In-depth understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and functional behavior assessments
• Proven ability to train and support staff on behavior intervention strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based strategies
• Provide ongoing consultation, support, and training to school staff and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights regarding behavioral supports and student progress
• Ensure all documentation, reports, and communication meet school and district standards
