Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Anoka, MN

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop detailed behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate directly with educators, school staff, and families to support individualized student growth
• Train and coach teachers and support staff in behavior management techniques and best practices
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed for positive outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings as a valued resource for behavior-related concerns
• Serve as a consultant and guide for implementing school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, strategies, and student progress
