Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Antioch, Tennessee

Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a unique contract opportunity supporting middle and high school students with intensive behavioral needs. Located near Antioch, TN, this position centers on providing critical behavior support for students in grades 6–12 whose challenges exceed the capacity of traditional settings but don’t require clinic-level care. The educational environment is collaborative, supported by a team of 10 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and paraeducators, and focused on meaningful progress—not isolation.

You’ll play an essential leadership role—coaching, modeling, and uplifting staff as you work together to help students thrive. Expect a dynamic environment in a retail-style facility where behaviors range from elopement and aggression to self-harm and property destruction. Many students require 2:1 para support, and you’ll be key in understanding and shaping individualized crisis management plans, training staff, and driving consistency across the program.

What we’re seeking:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, eligible for unrestricted practice
• Experience with older student populations and extreme/challenging behaviors strongly preferred
• Excellent skills in behavior assessment, development of intervention strategies, and data-driven decision making
• Proven ability to positively train and support teams of RBTs, paras, and teachers
• Calm, flexible, and patient approach to high-stress situations
• Willingness to adapt and collaborate as needs evolve
• Commitment to partnering with district and cooperative teams for holistic student support
