Position 1 specializes in supporting high school and transition-aged students. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with assistive technology and working with students with complex needs. Your expertise will empower students to achieve their academic and personal goals through tailored behavioral interventions. Hours for this role are 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, creating a predictable and balanced schedule.

Position 2 is a full-time role beginning in Fall 2026, calling for a passionate professional eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Prior experience within school settings preferred
  • Demonstrated success supporting students with complex or specialized needs
  • Proficiency in integrating assistive technology into behavioral and educational plans
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services for students and staff
  • Train and coach educators and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies and assistive tech
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven adjustments
  • Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
