Make a meaningful impact by supporting high school and transition-aged students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst during the 2026-27 school year. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, collaborating with educators and families to design effective behavioral interventions and promote student success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proven background working within school settings
- Extensive experience providing support to students with complex needs
- Strong familiarity with a variety of assistive technologies
- Ability to consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience developing and monitoring data-driven intervention plans
- PEL (Professional Educator License) is not required for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement effective strategies that address communication, behavioral, and academic goals
- Support students who rely on assistive technology, ensuring optimal use and adaptation
- Train and guide school staff and families in behavior management techniques
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision making and plan updates
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with related service providers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
