Make a meaningful impact by supporting high school and transition-aged students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst during the 2026-27 school year. This full-time contract opportunity allows you to work from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, collaborating with educators and families to design effective behavioral interventions and promote student success.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proven background working within school settings
  • Extensive experience providing support to students with complex needs
  • Strong familiarity with a variety of assistive technologies
  • Ability to consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience developing and monitoring data-driven intervention plans
  • PEL (Professional Educator License) is not required for this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Implement effective strategies that address communication, behavioral, and academic goals
  • Support students who rely on assistive technology, ensuring optimal use and adaptation
  • Train and guide school staff and families in behavior management techniques
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform decision making and plan updates
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with related service providers
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
